Meet the Doctor

Dr. Mindy Brown has been serving the Kansas City community for over 4 years now. Prior to opening her office in Kansas City, MO she practiced in Tennessee for two years in a wellness based chiropractic office.  In early 2007 Dr. Mindy felt a pull back to the Midwest and with months of planning she was able to open her chiropractic wellness office in early August 2007.   She is very excited to be back in the Midwest where she grew up and is ready to help the Kansas City community reach a higher level of health and wellness.

In life we are either moving towards health or we are moving towards sickness.  It happens no other way we either move towards health or move towards sickness, which way are you moving?  Dr. Brown wants to help empower others to make the lifestyle changes necessary to move towards wellness and thus a happier, healthier life.  Dr. Brown understands  that our bodies are self-healing and self-regulating.  That our nervous system is the master system of our body and it controls all functions.  That in fact, we live our lives through our nervous system.  She understands that when there are subluxations in the spine, caused by Physical, Chemical, and Emotional stress the body is not able to self-heal and self-regulate due to the decreased function of the nervous system when subluxations are present.  Chiropractors are the only health practitioners trained to locate and adjust subluxations which removes the stress from the nervous system.  Thus, placing the body back in a state to self-heal and self-regulate.    Dr. Brown uses a "whole person approach" when taking care of her patients. By combining the very best hands-on-technique to eliminate subluxations and coaching her patients on the importance of lifestyle changes, Dr. Brown is here to help both you and your family start your journey towards health and wellness.
